Installing the logo on your grill

Installation is quick and easy, with most people being able to install their Type R Lit Logo in 30-60 minutes. Our logo connects to the OEM mesh grill via a mounting bracket and some zip ties and then it's as simple as connecting the power and ground wire directly to the battery! Click here to find our step by step install guides!

The bluetooth controller uses an app on your smartphone that includes a full solid color wheel, 120 multicolor, moving, flow series patterns (with the ability to save your favorite ones), favorite custom solid colors, brightness, and speed adjustments.

This kit requires a 12v source for power. We recommend a fuse/switched or running light connection to protect battery life. Professional installation is recommended.

Note for mesh grills: If you have a grill with a fine metal mesh, you may need to snip one of the links in order to fit the wire through the grill. The connector is 11mm at its widest part. Once the logo is installed, any modification will be completely hidden.
